Kennewick, Pasco and Richland together make up a population of 168,650 with Kennewick making up 62,520 of the population, Pasco making up 50,210 of the population and Richland and West Richland making up 45,070 and 10,850 of the population respectively. These cities are located at the confluence of three different rivers; the Yakima River, Snake River and the Columbia River in the Southeastern part of Washington. West Richland is typically treated as a fourth part of the Tri-city area as an offshoot from Richland.
